About The Position
The Supervisor of Absence at Rite Aid is responsible for managing all absence activities, including Paid Time Off (PTO) plans and Leave of Absence (LOA) processes. This role ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations while maintaining high standards of customer service. The supervisor will lead a team, oversee policy updates, and collaborate with HR partners to ensure effective administration of absence-related services.
