The Absence Management Supervisor oversees the operational areas of absence management, including paid time off programs, leave of absence and return to work administration for the HR Shared Services department, providing oversight of the day-to-day activities of a team of PTO/Absence Management and Return to Work (RTW) Specialists. As a leader in human resources and absence management, the supervisor assists with operationalizing the strategic direction of HR Shared Services leadership, aligning internal processes to meet required service expectations for the team. The Absence Management Supervisor is responsible for staying up to date on applicable legal and regulatory changes, recommending updates to internal policy and processes and new system functionality.
