About The Position

The Community Service Foundation (CSF) is seeking a Part-Time Supervision Counselor to empower youth in Montgomery & Chester counties. This onsite role involves direct interaction with youth, making a profound impact on their lives and fostering valuable relationships. The position offers flexible part-time hours and competitive pay at $20.50/hour, along with benefits such as a 401(k). Counselors will collaborate with a dedicated team, promoting innovative, client-centered approaches to education and ensuring youth receive comprehensive support. CSF is dedicated to providing education, counseling, foster care, and other services to help young people and their families grow and change through restorative practices. Responsibilities

Create a safe and supportive environment for clients
Supervise and engage with youth during their activities, ensuring their well-being and fostering positive interactions
Facilitate group discussions and activities that promote collaboration and critical thinking
Monitor client behavior to maintain a positive atmosphere
Build rapport with youth and staff to cultivate relationships that empower and inspire learners
Communicate effectively with team members
