About The Position
Under the general direction of the Chief Deputy District Director - Capital Program, the incumbent is responsible for the management, policy development, direction, and coordination of the operations of the Program/Project Management Division. These functions include project management, programming, program management, consultant services, and other program support. The incumbent is also responsible for managing the Capital Outlay Program funds (State Transportation Improvement Program, State Highway Operation and Protection Program, Minor Program, etc.) within District 11.
