The Supervising Research Staff ( SRS ) will be providing research support and clinical supervision for two related projects funded by the NJ Governor’s Council for Medical Research and Treatment of Autism and the GSAPP 2022 Autism Research Strategic Program grant. The SRS will have a degree in clinical psychology or a related field and commensurate training and experience working with autistic adults and delivering mental health treatments. Licenseed or license eligible in NJ preferred. The SRS will collaborate with the PIs and Stakeholder Advisors on booster content development (electronic and digital aids to enhance engagemen in a behavioral treatment for Autism) and supervise the Project Coordinator’s creation of booster materials and daily coordination of the study (i.e., IRB maintenance, recruitment, consenting, scheduling, monitoring of weekly data collection and management of the REDCap database that will be used for all data collection). They will work closely with the supervise the graduate student clinician in the delivery of the adapted GBAT intervention and collaborate on data analysis, dissemination and future grant submissions.
