As the Service Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring, assisting, mentoring, and coaching lead and regular Service Center Representatives (Program Technician IIs and IIIs) to develop them into successful and effective employees. We are looking for someone who has previous experience working in a fast-paced call center environment and participating in the selection, training, and supervising of staff. Call Center Pay Differential: If selected, incumbents will be compensated an additional $150 per month. Bilingual Pay Differential: If selected, incumbents will have to pass a fluency exam. Once passed, incumbents will be compensated an additional $200 per month. This position is headquartered in Fresno. Business travel may be required, and reimbursement considers an employee's designated headquarters office subject to regulations and bargaining unit contract provisions. Travel expenses associated with commuting to the employee's office headquarters location are not reimbursable, other than authorized transit subsidies.
