About The Position

If that mission matters to you, this role is worth reading. We’re hiring an experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Oklahoma City. We provide trained interpreter support, so Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required. Why Join Therapitas? Common diagnoses include developmental delay, toe walking, torticollis/plagiocephaly, Down syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, and other genetic or neurological conditions.

Requirements

DPT or PT degree from an accredited program
Oklahoma PT license or eligibility to obtain
Someone with 3+ years of experience in pediatrics who is willing and eager to take on students and supervise PTAs.
Passion for working with children and families

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients
Provide skilled intervention to improve strength, mobility, motor development, and functional independence
Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical presentation
Document services in our easy-to-use EMR to meet clinical standards and payer requirements
Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to provide coordinated, family-centered care
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Physical Therapy students
