About The Position

THERAPITAS, a leading non-profit pediatric outpatient clinic, is seeking a dedicated and energetic PT to join our multidisciplinary team in a supervisory role. We specialize in providing high-quality therapy services to Spanish-speaking families across Oklahoma, helping children reach their fullest potential.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
• Oklahoma PT license (or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates).
• 3+ years of experience in pediatrics who is willing and eager to take on students and supervise PTAs.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED – We provide interpreter support!

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
• Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide guidance and supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Physical Therapy Students.
