Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
- Oklahoma PT license (or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates).
- Someone with 3+ years of experience in pediatrics who is willing and eager to take on students and supervise PTAs.
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED – We provide interpreter support!
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
- Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
- Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
- Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide guidance and supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Physical Therapy Students.
