About The Position

The Supervising Immigration Attorney will lead and oversee the immigration legal services provided across multiple office locations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-focused representation. The attorney will be responsible for developing and implementing legal strategies, reviewing casework, and ensuring compliance with all relevant immigration laws and regulations. Ultimately, the Supervising Immigration Attorney will play a critical role in upholding the firm’s reputation for excellence while driving operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the state bar where practicing.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing immigration law.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising or managing legal teams.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.

  • Experience working in a multi-office law firm environment.
  • Prior experience handling complex immigration cases such as asylum, deportation defense, or employment-based immigration.
  • Familiarity with legal case management software and technology tools.
