Under the supervision of the Correctional Food Manager or Assistant Correctional Food Manager, the Supervising Correctional Cook will supervise food production in the kitchens; supervise all aspects of the entire culinary, sanitation, deliveries of supplies, stock rotation, serving lines, and training of both staff and inmates. The Supervising Correctional Cook will meet with the Assistant Food Manager daily to discuss problems and items of interest or concern. Will complete probationary reports and performance evaluations of Correctional Supervising Cook's. This position will also work closely with Food Services Sergeants to keep the kitchen inspections ready at all times.
