About The Position
Under the general direction of the Assistant Correctional Food Manager, DOC, the Supervising Correctional Cook, DOC, has overall responsibility for the Operation of the Central Kitchen and the supervision of the Correctional Supervising Cook. Coordinate with the Correctional Food Manager II, DOC, in planning, organizing and supervising cooking and preparation of food for the incarcerated population.
