Supervising Clinician
About The Position
Northeast Family Services is a premier mental health provider with over 20 years of experience providing services to children, youth, and families. We are seeking an experienced and independently licensed (LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LMHC-D) clinician with supervisory experience to join our growing New York team as a Supervising Clinician! The Supervising Clinician will provide clinical supervision to our Behavior Support Specialists. Our Behavior Support Specialists provide psychoeducation and rehabilitative support in a client’s home for the purpose of treating youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths! The Supervising Clinician will be responsible for the management of the direct care staff along with the content and implementation of in-home treatment plans. The Supervising Clinician will carry a case load as well as supervising the Behavior Support Specialist.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related human services field
- Independent NY state licensure is required for this role. LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LMHC-D
- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, adolescents, and families in a home or community setting
- Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities
