The Opportunity As our Supervising Attorney in our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of attorneys and case managers in the fight to earn the largest wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic settlements achievable. Accountable for Manage a significant caseload and a team of Case Managers. Provide informative and compassionate client service. Collaborate with multiple departments, including Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens. Communicate daily with clients regarding legal strategy and treatment plans. Analyze fact patterns to help clear coverage and establish liability.
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
- At least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to supervise and provide guidance and counsel
- Experience settling cases in the pre-litigation stage
Nice To Haves
- Spanish fluency is a plus
