As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for monitoring production, scheduling, and performance of construction projects. You will assist in coordinating various aspects of projects as directed by the Project Manager. A key part of your role will be conducting safety audits and assisting with contractor quality control and safety at construction locations. You will ensure that contractors complete work on schedule while addressing any warranty issues. Your communication skills will be essential as you will convey the daily status of projects to the Project Manager to ensure timeliness and adherence to company standards. You will maintain 100% compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements, taking necessary actions when unsafe behaviors or conditions are identified. Promptly reporting and addressing all safety concerns, incidents, and issues is crucial. Additionally, you will certify that all submittals comply with contract requirements, review plans and specifications to ensure construction processes meet requirements, and ensure that effective and timely preventive and corrective actions are taken to minimize recurrence of problems. This is a concrete heavy role. Some concrete experience is mandatory.
