Lead the morale and attitude of the crew. Provide input to Project Manager on jobsite issues or conditions and confer with Operations Manager/General Superintendent to ensure production. Must possess the ability to read and understand project documents, e.g., drawings, specifications, RFI's, submittals, subcontracts, and the owner agreement terms and conditions specific to your role. Must possess the ability to read and understand project owner specifications and engineering drawings. Must possess the ability to understand project scheduling and cost control. Requirements
