About The Position

Winter Construction is seeking to add a Superintendent to our Team! This Opportunity Features: Project Diversity Manage interesting projects across a wide array of markets. Contribution in a Right-Sized Organization Winter is not so large that there is a danger of becoming "just a number", but large enough that you benefit from sophisticated systems and approaches. Local Focus We are based in Jacksonville & love building in and around our city.

Requirements

Experience building commercial construction projects with a General Contractor.
Background in 1 or more of the following markets: Education, Hospitality, Municipal and Mixed-Use Commercial.
Proficiency in Near-Term Scheduling, Safety & Subcontractor Management.
Experience Supervising Field Staff.
