Manage and coordinate on-site teams, adapting team sizes to project needs. Align subcontractor activities with project goals and schedules. Collaborate with Project Managers to create, monitor, and maintain schedules. Attend mandatory site meetings and assist in project planning and execution. Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct weekly safety "toolbox" talks. Maintain MSDS and ensure compliance with Haz-com regulations. Facilitate clear communication between field personnel, Project Managers, and stakeholders. Handle hiring, performance reviews, promotions, transfers, and vacation schedules. Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Field Pipe Superintendent in construction.
At least 10 years' experience in Weld Piping and Fabrication.
In-depth knowledge of welding and piping processes and industry standards.
Proficient in jobsite management, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
