Job Summary TYLin is looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our PMCM team for a project starting towards the middle of Q2!

Requirements

Bachelors in Civil Engineering or similar with 10+ years experience in the construction field
Experience dealing with multiple subcontractors
Ability to manage multiple trades and tool box talks
Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions
Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges
High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way
Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and day-to-day on site supervision of subcontractor and CM field labor forces
Proactively manage project-related issues on assignment and provide superior customer service
Team-oriented individual who will work in tandem with Project Manager to ensure timeliness of submittals and procurement of materials for the project in accordance with the schedule
Manage QA/QC process in field and maintain OSHA and DOB safety compliance
Meet annual goals and objectives set by management team and contribute to the growth of the company
Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all technology as required for assigned projects.
