The Superintendent's primary duty is to assist the Regional Director of Maintenance in their duty by leading the Maintenance Team to ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and team members by maintaining the physical integrity of the property.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years full-time maintenance experience.
Ability to supervise, teach, and motivate team.
Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and various appliances.
Willingness to perform tasks required and to learn and grow.
Confident, positive attitude, good communications skills, and an ability to interact with a wide range of people.
Must be able to pass a 5-year background check.
We also conduct pre-employment drug testing.
Any job offer will be based on the results of background and drug testing.

Responsibilities

Maintain the physical condition of entire property.
Lead and supervise the maintenance team.
Maintain relationships with other team members and residents, suppliers, vendors, and professionals servicing the company or property.
Diagnose and performs all minor, major, and routine maintenance.
Handle inventory.
Ensure preventative maintenance and safety protocols are established and met.
Report to Regional Director of Maintenance.
