About The Position

Enabled Energy is seeking an experienced Superintendent / Working Foreman to join the EE Delivery Team. The Superintendent will manage specific projects on site under the direction of a Construction Manager, ensuring each project is delivered with high quality, on time, and under budget. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of project management delivery, is proficient in communication, organization, and service skills, and will actively participate in the installation of the contracted solution. Travel across the United States and Canada is required approximately 70% of the time, with the candidate expected to spend a majority of time at customer sites managing construction projects and developing relationships with local customer teams. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of construction experience
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Use of basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wire strippers/cutters, drills, etc.)
  • Use of specialized power tools (saws, nibblers, impact drivers, etc.)
  • Experience running control wire following best practices for dressing wire, stripping and landing wire ends, choosing and using proper conduit, fittings, grommets, etc.
  • Use of electrical meter to verify conductivity and measure voltage, current, power, power factor, etc.
  • Able to use a computer to configure fans, VFDs, etc.
  • Strong supervision skills and work ethic
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Technical proficiency in construction and data center systems
  • Skilled in subcontractor coordination and procurement
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Works seamlessly with engineering, sales, finance, and operations teams, ensuring alignment across departments to ensure project success
  • Possesses a self-starting attitude and natural curiosity
  • Stays at the forefront of HVAC equipment, controls, building automation (e.g., Niagara Framework), and energy optimization strategies
  • Passionate about shaping the future of sustainable, mission-critical infrastructure
  • Brings a service approach to all stakeholder engagement, aiming to align all objectives
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Nice To Haves

  • Data Center specific certifications (DCEP, CDCP, etc.)
  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • HVAC and Mechanical experience
