About The Position

This is a full-time, on-site Superintendent role based in Houston, TX. The Superintendent will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and up to quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising site operations, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, enforcing safety protocols, and addressing site-related challenges to maintain efficiency and productivity on all assigned projects.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Site Supervision, Problem-Solving, and Team Coordination
• Experience in Quality Control, Safety Protocol Enforcement, and Risk Management
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment in Houston, TX
• Experience with construction technologies and software is highly beneficial
• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., OSHA certification) are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
