Requirements

Valid Arkansas Superintendent License (or eligibility to obtain upon hire).
Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of assessment, curriculum, instruction, and educational strategies to enhance student achievement.
Proven experience with school district budget preparation and management.
Leadership experience involving personnel, finances, and general operations.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Understanding of Arkansas statutes, including FOIA, with the ability to uphold Board policies and procedures in a professional and ethical manner.
