About The Position

If you're a Badass, join our team at CRC builders, a leading luxury home builder and general contractor. As the Site Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our core values to life. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process; building the project per plans and specifications set forth by the design team. As a true project partner to the Project Manager, the Site Superintendent is responsible for the overall organization and resource management of the jobsite. He/she is responsible for working along with the Project Manager to efficiently manage the construction timeline, meeting or exceeding project milestones. The Site Superintendent will ensure that rigorous quality control is maintained to ensure that our luxury projects reflect the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality, leading to the highest levels of client satisfaction. Additional duties include overseeing and enforcing site safety protocols, ensuring a safe and hazard free working environment for all team members. Meanwhile, fostering a collaborative team environment, enabling growth, communication, and a shared commitment to our core values. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES Customer Fulfillment: Set client expectations, act as spokesperson/advocate for CRC Builders Lead project teams in the successful completion of projects on schedule Quality Control: Ensure that quality control standards are being met Manage project documentation in the field Implementation & enforcement of CRC Builders company safety policy Team Development

Requirements

Ability to communicate through written or verbal correspondence
Technical Expertise: Proficient in current construction techniques and building
Understanding and proficiency of project management systems and documentation
Ability to work with and or learn to use online construction management software
Ability to understand scheduling software, work with Gantt charts, and assist Project Managers with schedules
Manage and hold Subcontractors and CRC Builders staff accountable for their scheduled commitments
Ability to read and understand contracts both prime & sub to comprehend scope of work
Identify out-of-scope work and initiate the change event process
Complete understanding of construction means and methods pertaining to high-end building
Commitment to self-improvement and training in modern construction methods
Knowledge of building codes; familiarity with local and national building codes
Leadership Skills: The capability to lead and motivate construction teams and subcontractors
Quality Control: Knowledge of quality control processes and the ability to ensure that construction work meets specific standards and design requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Construction Experience: A strong background in construction and building (min. 5-10 yrs)
Supervisory Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory role on a construction site
Lifting and carrying: may need to lift & carry construction materials, tools, and equipment
Resilience: The construction industry can be physically and mentally demanding. Ability to work in challenging conditions and adapt to unexpected situations.
