Responsible for the overall operation and upkeep of a residential building. This role involves enforcing building rules, reporting complaints to management, overseeing outside contractors, conducting unit inspections for move-ins and move-outs, coordinating repairs, showing units to prospective tenants, managing property moves, and purchasing necessary supplies. The Superintendent may also perform minor maintenance tasks including nonstructural work, repairs of doors, gates, fences, locks, general electrical, boiler room, and plumbing maintenance, and assist with lease preparations.
