Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction or a related field.
  • QSR (Quick Service Restaurant)
  • Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Commitment to safety and quality.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the Jobsite signage.
  • Attend Municipal and Internal Meetings.
  • Learn which items are long lead items and dates.
  • Review Project Schedule - Always have the updated schedules and assist in communicating the schedule with the subcontractors.
  • Schedules/three week lookahead are updated on a weekly basis.
  • PMs distribute the schedules to Subs and Supers via distribution email.
  • Update daily logs every day. Required information must be in all daily logs.
  • Ensure all job-site safety requirements are adhered to and followed.
  • Any and all change orders and delay notices must be documented and approved by the PM/Management.
  • Daily communication with your sr. Super and PM must be done and document communication via Procore.
  • Stay up to date with utilities and any developments.
  • Assist with a timely and smooth hand-off to the client.
