About The Position
We are seeking a mid-level commercial superintendent to join our team in Virginia Beach. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in K-12 and higher education construction, as well as state and municipality construction. This role requires someone who can lead a team with minimal training, motivate team members, read and interpret construction plans, oversee all aspects of construction, and participate in pre-mobilization, coordination, and closeout meetings.
