The Superintendent of Lawrence Family Development Charter School (LFDCS) serves as the chief executive officer, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school’s operations, both instructional and non-instructional. This role is critical in ensuring that the school fulfills its mission of fostering academic achievement and lifelong learning in a dual-language environment. The Superintendent will lead the school’s strategic initiatives, manage staff, and engage with the community to enhance educational outcomes for students from Kindergarten through grade 8.
