Requirements

Responsibilities

• Review project information prior to mobilization to ensure complete understanding of the scope of work, material specifications, safety plans, precautions, and contact time constraints
• Develop production plan
• Organize foreman will activities and ensure proper staffing for all necessary positions
• Monitor quality control as well as weekly planned and completed production
• Work closely with the scheduling department to assure a gap free environment with pre-start notifications
• Monitor and bring to conclusion all warranty work and client issues
• Assure all company policies on safety, equipment management and vehicle management are being adhered to
• Manage the company jobsite safety programs to assure foreman are adhering to the company’s safety requirements and procedures
• Analyze the safety plan for all aspects of the job
• Assure the required safety toolbox talks are being completed and signed off by every employee
• Assure follow through with foreman on compliance with Safety Inspection Reports and Corrective Actions
• Assure vehicles and equipment are cleaned, organized and in good working order, and all regular inspections and maintenance is performed
