The Superintendent will serve as the onsite field leader for a major water treatment plant project. This individual will oversee day-to-day construction activities, coordinate field teams and subcontractors, maintain safety standards, and ensure the project is executed efficiently and according to plan. Because this is a multi-year project, the Superintendent must be able to build strong working relationships with the owner, design partners, subcontractors, and the internal team. The firm is looking for someone dependable, proactive, and capable of becoming a long-term leader for future infrastructure work across Southwest and Southeast Michigan.
