Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in underground utilities construction
• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Foreman on utility projects
• Strong knowledge of water, sewer, storm drain, and site development
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations for utility installation projects (water, sewer, storm, etc.)
• Supervise crews, subcontractors, and field personnel
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Inspectors, and Owners
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies
• Schedule manpower, equipment, and materials effectively
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and workmanship
• Lead safety meetings and enforce a strong safety culture
