About The Position

DeLeers Construction is expanding our Team! We currently have an opening for an Superintendent Team Lead. The Superintendent Team Lead will be hands on and expected to perform all duties of a Superintendent, but also will be responsible to act as a motivator, supervisor, and mentor for the entire Superintendent team. Working as a Team Leader involves organization, delegation, management, and performance monitoring. Responsibilities include supervising the day-to-day operations of their team, making sure everyone is accomplishing their duties, distributing the workload evenly and making sure motivation and performance levels are maintained. The Team Lead will also be dealing with the day-to-day operational aspects of the team management, training, and development, and will also be involved in some of the high-level organizational strategy and administration, as well as collaboration with other department Team Leaders to improve and/or develop work processes. Successful candidates must have prior experience in all areas of carpentry including framing, siding, and finish/trim work. Must have superior problem solving and organizational skills and be computer literate. Professional communication skills to talk with field associates, trade partners, and owners is required. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of experience in building construction trades, and a minimum of 3 years in a Superintendent role managing complete projects. Requirements

Prior experience in all areas of carpentry including framing, siding, and finish/trim work
Superior problem solving and organizational skills
Computer literate
Professional communication skills to talk with field associates, trade partners, and owners
Valid drivers license and meet DeLeers Safe Driver standards

Nice To Haves

10+ years of experience in building construction trades
Minimum of 3 years in a Superintendent role managing complete projects
