About The Position
The Superintendent will oversee the daily operations of the grain elevator, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations while leading a team of employees. This role involves managing loading/unloading processes, maintaining a safe workplace, and implementing improvements to meet operational objectives. The Superintendent will also be responsible for training staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality control in production processes.
