About The Position

The Superintendent, Project Services is accountable to the Manager, Project Services for the planning and performance monitoring, contract administration, estimating support, and project cost performance within the Redpath USA Corporation (RUSAC) project portfolio. The incumbent must be able to compile contracts, subcontracts, track performance daily, weekly and monthly, incorporate quantitative and qualitative analysis, and to define both the physical and the economic performance of the projects and recommend action to be taken should deviations from the optimal performance be highlighted. The incumbent will provide leadership, development and direction to subordinate staff members to ensure that the business objectives of the Company are consistently achieved. The Superintendent, Project Services must be conversant in the discipline of project management, oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of project baselines, project execution plans, execution of contracts, inclusive of overseeing the setup of project administrative aspects.
