The Board of Education of Republic-Michigamme Public Schools is conducting a comprehensive search for its next Superintendent/Principal. Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Educational Administration or other appropriate area of study.
• Michigan School Administrator Certificate (preferred), or the ability to obtain within three (3) years.
• At least two (2) years as a School Administrator with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in public education (teaching/administration).
• Thorough understanding of pedagogy, financial administration, and education law.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with diverse audiences (students, staff, parents, and governmental officials).
