About The Position
Custer School District, a PK-12 district of 865 students located in the southern Black Hills of South Dakota, is looking for an energetic individual with excellent personal, management, and communication skills to lead the district. The candidate must possess vision and a style that encourages trust and open communication. A background in school finance is preferable. Salary package is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience. The candidate must have an Ed.S. and be able to secure South Dakota Superintendent Certification.
