About The Position

Are you looking to take your project management experience to the next level? Our Landscape Construction branch in Riverside, CA is looking for an experienced Models Superintendent to partner with our field personnel and enhance our construction projects. Highlights of what our Models Superintendent will do: Manages multiple projects simultaneously by effectively providing technical guidance and managing field personnel. Organizes, supervises, leads, and trains employees to complete projects within established guidelines and time frames. Communicates material, equipment and personnel needs to management in a timely manner. Coordinates with subcontractors and vendors. Conduct percent of completion analysis to ensure projects are on budget. Provide support for the Operations team by determining production schedules. Understand client needs and identify cost effective enhancements and change orders to ensure profitability. Other tasks and duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of construction leadership experience.
  • Ability to read and understand plans, material lists, guidelines and meet timelines.
  • Must have excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience with Irrigation Systems and plant landscape materials.

Nice To Haves

  • Hardscape, landscape lighting, minor electrical and minor plumbing experience a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred but not required.

Benefits

  • Annual Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 DOE
  • Bonus Eligibility: Yes
  • Commission: Yes (1% AWA)
