About The Position
The Superintendent, Maintenance leads and manages the overall operations of a designated area to deliver safe performance, maximize financial returns, achieve department and mill objectives, and continuously improve productivity and quality. Scope of responsibilities includes safety and housekeeping, quality, productivity, financial management, environmental compliance, capital improvements, and human resource management for the area on a 24/7 basis.
