About The Position

In this role, you will lead and oversee heavy highway construction projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective execution. Additionally, you will monitor safety compliance and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe work environment. Managing budgets, schedules, and project documentation with precision and accountability is essential. Effective communication with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum is also a key responsibility.
