Requirements
- 4-6 years field supervision in healthcare/occupied renovations
- Strong knowledge of construction operations and scheduling
- Experience with healthcare facility requirements
- Proficient in construction management software (Procore) and Bluebeam
- Excellent team leadership and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Certifications preferred: OSHA 30, ASHE, CHC, CCHM
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site construction operations and team coordination
- Manage project quality, safety, and schedule compliance
- Coordinate trade partners and resolve field conflicts
- Maintain accurate documentation and as-built drawings
- Ensure compliance with healthcare construction requirements
- Drive efficient project completion from NTP through warranty
