About The Position

We deliver mission-critical projects across the Gulf Coast and beyond, and we're growing our Commercial West team to support upcoming federal construction opportunities. We are actively seeking Superintendents with strong commercial construction backgrounds to join us for anticipated federal vertical projects located in Leesville, LA and Bossier City, LA . As a Superintendent with LEMOINE, you will lead the day-to-day field operations of large-scale federal construction projects with commercial and vertical components. Your oversight will ensure that safety, quality, schedule, and productivity goals are consistently met. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing projects over $10 million , ideally within federal or military installations , and will bring strong leadership and communication skills to oversee all trades and subcontractors on site.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects exceeding $10M .
• Federal construction experience (USACE, NAVFAC, VA, or GSA) strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage vertical construction activities including interiors, MEP, and envelopes.
• Willingness and availability to travel and live on-site during project duration.
• Proficient in reading plans, interpreting specifications, and managing field documentation.
• Working knowledge of construction platforms like Procore , Bluebeam , or similar.
• OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working on military bases or other federal job sites .
• Knowledge of federal safety and quality control standards and procedures.
• Familiarity with small metal buildings and phased renovation work.

Responsibilities

• Manage all field operations, including sequencing, workforce supervision, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics.
• Enforce safety and quality standards in alignment with federal and company protocols.
• Coordinate with project management, design teams, inspectors, and clients to ensure compliance with contract documents and schedules.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, documentation, and site records.
• Lead subcontractor meetings, track material deliveries, and ensure timely execution of work.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to field staff while promoting a collaborative team culture.
• Oversee scopes including interior buildout, drywall, MEP coordination, building envelope , and small metal building construction.
