The Superintendent, Fare Systems is a professional, administrative, and management-level position responsible for overseeing the fare collection system operations for NFTA Metro Bus and Rail. This role involves effective day-to-day management of the MetGo Automated Fare System, addressing operational issues across various transit modes, and ensuring the reliability and functionality of fare systems. The Superintendent will also manage relationships with third-party vendors and support the Manager, Fare Systems in the administration of fare technology and systems.
