About The Position
Join our dynamic team as a Commercial General Contractor Superintendent, where your leadership and construction expertise will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of commercial projects. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards. Your role will involve acting as a liaison for the project team, subcontractors, and clients, providing project updates and milestones, and proactively communicating to resolve conflicts and ensure smooth operations. You will also be tasked with quality control, ensuring that processes are executed correctly, paying attention to detail, and collaborating effectively with all stakeholders. Safety compliance is paramount, and you will prioritize safety protocols and mitigate known hazards to maintain a safe working environment. In this position, you will lead work teams and partners toward building excellence and mutually beneficial results. You will collaborate and manage multiple subcontractors and project deadlines, ensuring that key milestones are met effectively. Competency and diligence with project software tools and reporting updates will be essential to your success.
