This position is responsible for managing designated field activities and general supervision of all phases of construction at the jobsite Manage the permit and inspection process to ensure all required inspections are conducted timely and efficiently. This includes maintaining and/or ensuring any deviations are corrected. Maintain daily detailed progress reporting and paperwork such as daily reports including pictures of work progress, payroll and equipment time reporting for crew (if required), field reports, schedule updates and email correspondence to keep the various people involved with the project informed of important issues. Championing and protecting the brand of a rapidly growing Company Understanding of all building codes and acceptable methods of installation of work in the field to meet local, state, and federal code requirements.
