Requirements

Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in commercial construction projects
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Experience with construction management software, particularly Procore
Deadline-oriented with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with construction technology
A highly organized, driven professional who takes ownership of projects
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, safety, and order on construction sites
Willing and available for full-time work in the U.S. Virgin Islands

Responsibilities

Coordinate all construction services and activities, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution
Manage and supervise construction crews, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and to specification
Oversee subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance with contract requirements
Interface regularly with clients, inspectors, and building officials to maintain clear communication
Maintain detailed daily logs and weekly production reports to track project status
Implement cost-effective techniques and strategies based on experience and industry knowledge
Ensure strict adherence to project schedules, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
Manage all field operations for assigned projects with the highest standards of safety and quality
Control project budgets and proactively work to meet or exceed financial targets
Support estimating efforts with field expertise and construction knowledge
