About The Position

In this role, you will oversee on-site operations, manage daily site activities, and ensure that all work aligns with project plans, specifications, and safety standards. You will coordinate with trade partners and teams, schedule and oversee trades, and resolve any conflicts or delays. Safety is a priority, and you will maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards. Additionally, you will monitor quality and progress through inspections and address any issues to ensure high standards of workmanship. Communication is key, as you will serve as the primary point of contact on-site, providing updates to project managers, clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on experience managing all phases of commercial construction projects.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage project schedules and coordinate trade partners.
  • In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and a strong track record of enforcing safety protocols.
  • Experience in overseeing quality assurance and conducting inspections.
  • Skilled in communicating with clients, project managers, and team members.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite, and Bluebeam.
