The position involves presenting and promoting Stonhard's products and services to industrial and commercial accounts while supporting Stonhard Territory Managers and Project Engineers within the region. The role requires managing Stonhard projects in accordance with TPM guidelines and includes various responsibilities such as material management, schedule adherence, quality control, installer management, safety forecasting, invoicing, change orders, post-job reports, and customer management. Daily reports and site visits, including photographic documentation, are also part of the job. The employee will communicate closely with Stonhard Territory Managers and the Sales/Construction Division team regarding project-specific events, including scheduling, labor costs, and product consumption. Additionally, the role involves working closely with the installation crew to train them on the proper application of Stonhard products in the field, which may require occasional weekend work. Monitoring product performance under various conditions and communicating with Research and Development/Technical Service on product performance and industry trends is also expected.
