About The Position

Manage and schedule bridge foremen and subcontractors
Assist estimators and engineers with quantities and productions
Manage all the construction activities of the project in accordance with
contract specifications and drawings and in full compliance with applicable
safety and environmental regulations
Execute construction activities in compliance with the applicable schedule
and budget
Review project performance on a continuing basis and recommend to project
manager corrective actions as required
Implement the Company policies and procedures as required
Assist with On-the-Job Training

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of bridge experience in Heavy/Highway/Bridge construction
• Excellent interpersonal skills to include strong verbal and written communication
• Must possess knowledge of FDOT contracts, specifications, and reports
• Must be able to think independently and solve problems effectively
• Must be able to interpret crane load charts
• Must be able to erect/set grade for bridge deck screed
• Must possess knowledge of proper crane hand signals and proper rigging techniques
• OSHA Competent person certification
• Must have an excellent driving record
