About the position

The Superintendent for Audio Video & Structure Cabling will oversee the ongoing hotel project in Las Vegas, ensuring that all aspects of the AV, structure cabling, access control, and DAS scopes are managed effectively. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, managing materials and inventory, and confirming the correct installation of infrastructure from other trades. The position requires strong leadership and project management skills to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors hired for AV, structure cabling, access control, and DAS scopes.
• Attend daily and weekly meetings with the General Contractor (GC).
• Coordinate daily tasks with the GC.
• Manage materials and inventory for the project.
• Confirm that infrastructure from other trades is installed correctly.
• Overall management of all scopes of work on the job site.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• History with commercial hotel projects.
• Experience in the installation of Crestron AV systems.
• Experience in the installation of structure cabling systems.
• Proven history of managing large scale projects.
