EW Howell is seeking Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents to join our team. The Superintendent is responsible for field operations on the project(s) assigned in order to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project. The Superintendent directly supervises field labor force, including laborers/craft workers. Daily interaction with the owner, architect, engineer, city and governing agencies, and skilled subcontractors is required. In addition, the Superintendent will be responsible for quality control, safety, and security at the project site, as well as for day-to-day construction progress, deliveries, and housekeeping. This position must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.
